In this case involving teeth 16 and 15, both presented coronal fractures on the palatal side.
During the initial exploration, patency of the palatal canal in tooth 15 proved difficult, as the file emerged slightly curved due to the root’s anatomy.
Tooth 16, on the other hand, showed mild calcification in the MB root, requiring extra attention.

Both teeth had a working length of 25 mm — a characteristic that highlights the importance of careful planning, considering the significant length of these canals.

“I used the yellow S2 kit, which is already part of my routine, and finished with the #.25/04 file.
The safety and efficiency of this system allowed for precise biomechanical preparation, even in complex anatomies.”
